Announcement Banner Text: New IBXUNIVERSE Web Blog! Look Here!


For this update I changed the links at the bottom of the page to include a "Blog" link that redirects to the IBXUNIVERSE Web Blog. I also changed the "© 2024-2026 ibx™ (not really copyrighted :P)" text to simply say "2024-2026 ibx™" partly because I wanted to remove the copyright symbol and also as a way to make space for the "Blog" page. Changed the announcement banner.
