Removed the Google+ icon from the #SPVI page since Google+ shut down in 2019.

For this update I changed the links at the bottom of the page to include a "Blog" link that redirects to the IBXUNIVERSE Web Blog. I also changed the "© 2024 -2026 ibx™ (not really copyrighted :P)" text to simply say " 2024 -2026  ibx™ " partly because I wanted to remove the copyright symbol and also as a way to make space for the "Blog" page. Changed the announcement banner.
